An Indecent Assault was reported to Penn State University Police - Altoona, on January 26, 2016 at approximately 11:40PM. The reported assault occurred on this date between 9:00PM and 11:40PM in Oak Hall. The victim, reports that a known white male did assault her by forcible compulsion and without the victim's consent. Oak Hall is located west of Gwin Road, Penn State Altoona, Logan Township, PA.

It is the duty of the administration to warn of possible "dangerous conditions" on or near the campus, and at affiliate organizations off campus; an "affirmative duty" exists to warn persons associated with the University of possible peril at the hands of some third party or parties.
