Reported Offense:
A Robbery was reported to University Police on 04/30/2017 at approximately 7:00pm. The reported Robbery occurred in a residence hall of Penn State Schuylkill Campus, Nittany II Apartments, on 04/20/2017 between the hours of 12:00 am and 2:00 am. The victim, a student, reported two unknown black males took money from their residence when victim attempted to stop one of the suspects, victim was unsuccessful.
Location Description:
The incident reportedly occurred in a bedroom of the Penn State Schuylkill Nittany Apartment buildings. The apartments are located adjacent to the Penn State Schuylkill campus on University Drive.

It is the duty of the administration to warn of possible "dangerous conditions" on or near the campus, and at affiliate organizations off campus; an "affirmative duty" exists to warn persons associated with the University of possible peril at the hands of some third party or parties.
